Nice breakdown of important skills for a Project Manager. I agree that a successful Project Manager will have to be effective beyond traditional PM skills. They also need to have strong interpersonal skill (communication, leadership, teamwork, etc) and personal effectiveness skills (decision making, time management, etc).
