Managing Product Development is the blog of Johanna Rothman addressing a lot of project management topics and insights.

And when I read about her insights about strong emails urging management action from the beginning of her career, I guess she also found out that the “easy way” to talk about solutions instead of problems is the real way to do management. I myself can remember mails of about 10 yrs ago that I do not want to receive as a project manager right now…
