I run a wedding website http://www.beau-coup.com and we are a small online company selling wedding favors and decorations. We are growing rapidly and have had to hire quickly to keep up with our growth. We are located in the bay area near San Franciso where wages are extremely high. Can someone help me with salary negotiation ideas to help keep our costs manageable? Can I structure our salary in a way to be more performance based so that I can keep our fixed costs as low as possible? Thank you for any suggestion.
